Monday’s Full-day Clinic in Los Limones, by Blogger JW

 - Today was another very successful clinic day! We saw a total of 78 patients today. One of the patients had a very low hemoglobin (the iron in the blood) of 5.3; this means that this patient is extremely anemic. 3 skin tags were taken off a relative of Pastor, a team member, and one of our translators.

- A little over half of the team decided to take a hike from the bottom of the mountain that our hotel is on, walk around the mountain up and walk back down. On this hike, they saw a wasps nest, a termites nest, and an iguanas home, all made into the sides of the mountain. The trail was only a couple of feet wide with a steep drop off one side.

- Towards the end of our Bible study we were reflecting and pointing out certain things about the day when we found a baby boa constrictor! this was a surprise to everyone and we walked away not too long later because the mom could be around and they can grow up to 8 feet.
